This place is located on the border between Kitakami Town and Shizugawa Town, and has a terrain where the rocks of the sea are beautifully split. The promenade, parking lot, and restrooms are well-maintained, and it seems to be relatively well-maintained. I'm sure you can see the sunrise from between the rocks in February and October. Due to the topography, the wave spray is quite strong, so be careful!
